Your expertise will be essential in pioneering the adoption of cutting-edge manufacturing processes, controls, and equipment. By focusing on cost efficiency and enhancing product value, your role will involve optimizing raw material usage and refining production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage engineering initiatives or components of large-scale projects, exploring innovative technologies to optimize cost and enhance product value.
- Utilize your deep understanding of products, ingredients, and processes to evaluate strategic alternatives, incorporating cross-functional insights and best practices.
- Assess and implement new technology solutions through a scientific lens, ensuring robust experimental design and data-driven decision-making.
- Define clear objectives for projects, employing project charters, protocols, and documentation tools to ensure seamless execution and timely completion.
- Engage with stakeholders to align projects with customer requirements, while safeguarding intellectual property rights.
- Address complex challenges independently, escalating only the most intricate issues as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- At least three years of relevant professional experience, with robust knowledge in scientific procedures, project management, and data interpretation.
- Preferably, a Bachelor's degree in engineering with experience in plant operations, process or project engineering, automation, and manufacturing technology.
- Proven project management capabilities, with experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience in automation and technology development, particularly with technologies in the Starches, Sweeteners, and Texturizers sector.
