If teaching, coaching, and seeing measurable improvements energize you, this Continuous Improvement role will feel like home.About the PositionWe are seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Specialist to strengthen Lean culture, develop internal capability, and drive meaningful, sustainable improvements across manufacturing operations.This role is ideal for a CI professional who enjoys teaching, coaching, and leading through influence , and who wants to see real results from their work in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement.You will work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and cross-functional leaders to embed Lean thinking, support daily management routines, and elevate problem‑solving at all levels of the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the Kata coaching program, including coaching the coaches and establishing standard routinesTrain leaders and teams on Kata, Lean principles, and CI toolsCoach daily management systems, audit LDMS and Kata boards, and reinforce PDCA thinkingPlan and deliver Lean and Operational Excellence training aligned with strategic objectivesSupport and sustain 5S programs, including training, events, audits, and visual standardsLead kaizen events and guide teams to implement and sustain improvementsSupport kanban, pull systems, inventory control, supermarkets, and replenishment signalsPartner with Manufacturing and Process Engineering to advance flow, standard work, takt-based balancing, and layout improvementsFacilitate Value Stream Mapping (current and future state) and build actionable roadmapsDrive cross-functional problem‑solving, prioritization, and follow‑throughTrack, communicate, and celebrate CI progress, wins, and lessons learnedReinforce change management, accountability, and Lean behaviors when implementation gets toughSupport and uphold Quality and EHS policies and practicesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent experience3–5 years of hands‑on Continuous Improvement / Lean experience in a manufacturing or operations environmentDemonstrated experience teaching, training, and coaching Lean conceptsStrong facilitation skills for kaizen events, VSM workshops, 5S events, and daily management routinesWorking knowledge of kanban/pull systems, standard work, flow, visual management, PDCA/A3#J-18808-Ljbffr
