Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer - Aerospace (CATIA V5 & Teamcenter)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support first-time build / new product introduction (NPI) activities within an advanced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role focuses on developing manufacturing processes, optimizing production efficiency, and leveraging digital manufacturing tools to support complex assemblies and installations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures for assemblies and equipment installation
  • Drive adoption of modern manufacturing technologies including:
    • Automation & robotics
    • Computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) tools
    • Digital manufacturing solutions
  • Create, manage, and analyze 3D model-based data environments to optimize manufacturing workflows and digital work instructions
  • Develop visual work instructions to support shop floor operations
  • Define build sequences and operational procedures for complex assemblies
  • Evaluate performance of equipment (including IoT-enabled systems) and drive corrective actions
  • Utilize manufacturing data to implement statistical process control (SPC) and continuous improvement strategies
  • Work cross-functionally with:
    • Industrial Engineering
    • Quality Assurance
    • Production Planning & Scheduling
  • Collaborate with design engineering to influence product designs for manufacturability (DFM)
  • Support first-time builds / prototype development / new product introduction (NPI) initiatives


Minimum Requirements:
  • 4+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in aerospace or aviation industry
  • Strong experience in first-time builds / new product development
  • Hands-on expertise with:
  • CATIA V5 (Structural Assembly)
  • Teamcenter (minimum 3 years recent experience)
  • Experience in manufacturing processes including Fabrication, Assembly, Machining, Composites / Metallic structures / Bonded assemblies / Installations
  • Experience creating visual/digital work instructions
