The company offers a collaborative environment where engineers have direct impact on production performance, equipment reliability, and business growth.Job DescriptionRespond to equipment breakdowns and support troubleshooting efforts. Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and process issues. Work directly with operators and maintenance teams to restore production. Identify root causes of recurring equipment failures. Implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability. Develop and improve preventive maintenance programs. Support equipment installations, upgrades, and startup activities. Coordinate with equipment vendors and external service providers. Improve machine uptime, throughput, and production efficiency. Troubleshoot coating, laminating, sheeting, and web-handling processes. Analyze production and downtime data to identify improvement opportunities. Support new product introductions and production trials. Develop operating procedures, work instructions, and training materials. Identify automation and capital improvement opportunities. Investigate and resolve product quality issues. Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities. Establish and improve process controls and quality standards. Support customer complaint investigations and resolution activities. Collaborate with production and quality teams to improve consistency and performance.
