Manufacturing Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Fabrication Engineering
• 0-4 years of industry experience
• Any experience with Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing
• Ability to work effectively in teams

Essential Functions:

• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost reduction.
• Review new product designs and develop manufacturing processes, standard work instructions, and first-run assessments.
• Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and lean/Kaizen events to improve manufacturing performance.
• Champion 5S and Lean Manufacturing practices while mentoring production teams.
• Identify and implement process, tooling, and equipment improvements to increase efficiency and reduce variation.
• Track and report continuous improvement metrics and support additional operational initiatives as needed.
