We bring together technologies and industries, alongside diverse individuals with varied expertise, to solve problems better and faster.Position TitleManufacturing Engineer [PFMEA]ResponsibilitiesManage creation and updating of PFMEA documents.Analyze process steps to identify possible errors or failures.Provide support to multiple plant sites on the Rockford campus.Support Plant Production and Design events.Participate in and communicate with cross‑functional groups.Ensure the product is packaged correctly and according to customer mandates.Estimate cost for packaging manufactured goods.Enter CSI proposals into a workflow tool.Work directly with various organizations to track proposals and ensure movement through the approval process, meeting turnaround time metrics.Verify and complete Cold Start Initiative proposals in SAP and the workflow tool.QualificationsBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field with 3–5 years' experience preferred.Technical associate's degree with 8–10 years' experience acceptable.Previous PFMEA development experience required.Manufacturing/assembly experience is a plus.Excellent communication skills with cross‑functional teams required.Aerospace experience preferred.SAP experience preferred.U.S. citizenship required.Compensation & BenefitsFull‑time Exempt Pay Range: $70,000 to $75,000Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan.401(k) and 401(k) matchingHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insurance, short/long‑term disabilityPaid time offReferral programWork RequirementsLocation: Rockford, IL (on‑site).Must be able to commute to and from the location with own transportation arrangements.Shop floor environment may include extensive walking and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.Zero travel required.Citizenship RequirementU.S. citizenship required for this role.Equal Opportunity StatementQuest Global is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
