We offer long-term stability, consistent production schedules, and a mission-driven manufacturing environment.Job SummaryThe Manufacturing Engineer focuses on optimizing our fabrication processes, including laser CNC tables, bending, welding, and grinding. This position leads process improvements for industrial coatings and automotive electrical integration, harness assembly efficiency, and overall cycle-time reduction. The role develops, implements, and maintains optimal, cost-effective production methods and documentation, while driving quality initiatives and technology acquisition.What You'll DoDevelop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials, fabrication, and equipment capabilities.Lead process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.Evaluate tools and equipment for efficiency improvements and monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness.Design and implement new tooling solutions.Estimate production times and costs to support management decision‑making.Drive quality improvement by documenting problems, performing root‑cause analysis, and implementing preventative measures.Manage projects, process improvements, and problem resolution in an effective, timely manner.Assist with SolidWorks models, drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).What We're Looking For2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience required; 4+ years preferred.Strong background in CNC Plasma, welding, metal forming, and assembly.Expertise in Visual Management, Kaizen, and establishing Kanban/Cell/Value Stream layouts.Proven success with capital equipment selection and justification.SolidWorks and CAD software proficiency is a plus.Critical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and experience with fixture/work holding/gauge design.Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.#J-18808-Ljbffr
