Provide technical support, guidance, and training to production teams for PLC-related issues, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identity areas for process and productivity improvement, equipment optimization, and automation opportunities. Design, integrate, and implement new production processes, fixtures, jigs, and machines. Implement engineering change notifications including updates to label and laser printing, bill of materials, kanban materials, MES systems, and trace data. Participate in and lead improvement projects to increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and productivity. Qualifications: The position requires a Bachelor's degree Mechatronic Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or as an Automation Engineer or a related occupation.
