Job Duties & Responsibilities:
* Lead powder coating operations, driving improvements in throughput, quality, and efficiency
* Analyze processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase yield
* Troubleshoot equipment and process issues in real time, performing root cause analysis and corrective actions
* Train and coach operators on best practices, equipment use, and quality standards
Required Skills & Experience:
* Bachelor"s degree in Engineering or equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience
* Experience in powder coating, finishing operations, or similar processes
* Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of driving process improvements
* Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills & Experience:
* Experience working within an EOS framework
* Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred)
Compensation:
$100,000 - $130,000 + comprehensive benefits package
