    Description

    Manufacturing Engineer in Tempe, AZ. Responsibilities:Support the transition of new products from development into productionPartner with R&D, Production, Quality, and Materials teams to define specifications and processesAssess product manufacturability alongside engineering teamsParticipate in design reviews and approval processesEvaluate and recommend tooling, fixtures, and equipment for manufacturingSupport design changes post-production releaseAssist in developing inspection criteria with Quality teamsLead and support Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) effortsDevelop, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes, workflows, and documentationDesign and enhance assembly fixtures to support productionCreate and submit Engineering Change Requests (ECRs); Review and approve Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)Collaborate with suppliers to define technical requirements and resolve issuesMaintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) within ERP systemsPartner cross-functionally to build and maintain Methods of Manufacturing in ERPSupport quality investigations and non-conformance resolutionProvide technical guidance to Production and Manufacturing teams5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing/industrial environmentSolidWorks, (Nx a plus)GDNT (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)Fabrication/machining industry experience, comfortability on the manufacturing floorApplicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information#J-18808-Ljbffr
