Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer - Resistance Welding
Summary:

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
* Lead resistance welding operations, improving equipment uptime, throughput, and weld quality
* Optimize automated and robotic welding systems, including controllers, tooling, and process parameters
* Troubleshoot welding defects and equipment issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and process standardization
Required Skills & Experience:
* Bachelor"s degree in Engineering or equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience
* Experience with resistance welding and automated manufacturing systems
* Proven ability to troubleshoot complex equipment and improve operational performance
* Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
Preferred Skills & Experience:
* Experience with robotic welding and automation systems
* Lean Six Sigma certification or EOS experience
Compensation:
$100,000 - $130,000 + comprehensive benefits package
