Responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes. Manufacturing Engineers analyze products and methods to innovate both new and existing operations. Leveraging their expertise in a collaborative team environment, they drive enhancements that reduce cycle times, elevate product quality, and generate significant cost savingsDuties and Responsibilities Ensure product stability and support manufacturing by designing robust process capabilities, establishing standards, and continually improving the manufacturing process.Optimize & innovate manufacturing, production process, machine operations and overall performance.Collaborate with engineers, manufacturing & other departments to troubleshoot production needs.Upgrade systems and processes with new technology.Design & develop manufacturing process, tooling/fixture, work instructions, and CNC programs.Qualification Requirements BS degree in Engineering preferred.Previous experience as a manufacturing engineer or similar role preferred.Proficient with CNC machine operation and set up.Proficient in CAD/CAM software.Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques (CNC equipped).Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.Strong project management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.Continuous commitment to health and safety standards.Capable of contributing to a team effort and working independently.#J-18808-Ljbffr
