This role supports plant operations by providing hands‑on manufacturing engineering expertise, driving process improvements, supporting new equipment implementation, and collaborating closely with production, engineering, and leadership teams.ResponsibilitiesProvide hands‑on manufacturing engineering support to resolve complex production and process issuesSupport capital equipment selection, justification, and implementationDesign and improve cell layouts, workflows, and manufacturing processes using Lean and basic Six‑Sigma toolsSupport DFMA principles and new product introductionsPartner with production teams to troubleshoot the manufacturing floor and implement process improvementsCreate, maintain, and update process documentation, work instructions, and engineering changesInitiate and support Process Flow Charts, PFMEA, and Control Plans in compliance with Quality System requirementsCommunicate project status and operational updates to management and customers as neededCollaborate with vendors, procurement, and cross‑functional or multi‑site teamsLearn from senior engineers and support the development and training of team membersQualificationsBachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Engineering or related technical field2+ years of professional engineering experience (or equivalent combination of experience and advanced education)Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma conceptsStrong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis skillsAbility to read and interpret mechanical and/or electrical drawingsStrong written and verbal communication skillsQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.#J-18808-Ljbffr
