As a Manufacturing Engineer you will play a critical role in optimizing manufacturing operations, implementing innovative technologies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across production processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products while maintaining compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

A Day in the Life
• Lead and execute process improvement and manufacturing optimization projects
• Develop, validate, and implement robust manufacturing processes
• Provide technical leadership and manufacturing support for new product introductions (NPI)
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve productivity and quality
• Partner with R&D, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to resolve manufacturing challenges
• Drive cost reduction, capacity expansion, and efficiency improvement initiative
• Support equipment qualification, process validation, and change control activities
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and applicable regulatory requirements

Keys to Success
Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience; OR
• Advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience; OR
• Equivalent combination of education and manufacturing engineering experience in a regulated industry
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or relevant certifications beneficial
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred

Experience
• Experience with automation systems, PLCs, and manufacturing control systems
• Expertise in process validation, equipment qualification, and change control management
• Demonstrated success implementing process improvements and cost reduction initiatives
• Experience with CAD software and manufacturing documentation systems
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies and root cause analysis
• Experience supporting engineers and technicians
