Job Overview

This two-year leadership development program is designed for high-potential engineers seeking to accelerate their careers through immersive, hands-on experiences across TE Connectivity's Aerospace, Defense & Marine business. Participants will complete four six-month rotational assignments at various U.S. locations, gaining exposure to diverse manufacturing operations, technologies, and leadership teams.

As a member of the Leadership Development Program, participants will join a cohort of emerging talent and receive exclusive access to professional development training, executive networking opportunities, mentorship, and leadership-focused learning experiences. By the end of the program, participants will have built a broad business perspective, a strong professional network, and the skills necessary to transition into a role that aligns with their strengths, interests, and long-term career goals.

Please note: This position may involve working with technical data, technology, software/source code, hardware, or other items (collectively "items) subject to U.S. and non-U.S. export control laws and regulations. Under these regulations, it may be necessary for TE to verify a candidate's national origin and/or citizenship status to determine whether a U.S. or other government export license is required prior to releasing its technologies to the candidate. Work Location

A requirement of this program is flexibility to relocate anywhere within the US during and after the program. The program consists of 4 x 6-month rotations, taking approximately 2 years. Upon graduation, final placement options will be arranged. TE offers relocation assistance to assist with any required moves for this program. See below for a list of the most common locations:

Job Overview

At TE Connectivity, you'll help bring our purpose to life by creating a safer, sustainable, productive and connected future. Your role as a Rotational Engineer in the AD&M Business Unit will help us make the connections that move the world forward. 6-month assignments may look like the following:

Continuous Improvement engineer focused on supporting workshops and implementing operations improvements within our site

Industrial Engineer, responsible for uncovering and eliminating bottlenecks in our process

Manufacturing Engineer responsible for process technology such as Assembly, Extrusion, Automation, Machining, working on supporting sustaining or launching new projects within our sites

Quality engineer focused on testing, validation, or problem-solving projects

Ergonomics & Safety focused on improving employee/machine interactions, reducing the risk of injury with human-centered design

Automation engineers are responsible for quoting, concepting, design and build of automation solutions within our sites, including mechanical, controls or electrical

You're the kind of person we are looking for if you:

  • Are graduating (or recently graduated) between December 2026 and August 2027 from a Bachelor's Degree Program in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or another related major
  • Have a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Have previous internship or large project experience, preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship

COMPENSATION

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $71,200 - 89,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
