- Support environmental, safety, chemical handling, and wastewater compliance initiatives
- Train production employees on equipment, processes, and standard work
- Drive measurable improvements in scrap reduction, throughput, safety, and productivity
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a collaborative and solutions-oriented engineer who combines technical expertise with strong communication and continuous improvement skills. Qualified candidates will have:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred, or equivalent manufacturing engineering experience
- 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment
- Experience with Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis
- Knowledge of brazing, welding, chemical treatment, assembly, or related manufacturing processes
- Experience with process controls, SPC, standard work, and process capability improvement
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
- CAD experience with SolidWorks, DraftSight, or similar software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions
- Experience supporting safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Strong project management, communication, and teamwork abilities
