We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to lead process optimization and drive operational excellence in a high mix/ low volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality production outcomes, advancing continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting cross-functional collaboration to enhance manufacturing performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and continuously improve manufacturing processes, ensuring safe, robust and repeatable production in a high-mix / low-volume environment.
  • Drive measurable improvements in manufacturing KPIs (yield, scrap, throughput, and on-time delivery) using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Design and implement innovative manufacturing solutions, including tooling, fixtures, and process improvements.
  • Serve as the technical lead for manufacturing problem-solving, using structured root-cause analysis and data-driven decision making to resolve production issues and prevent recurrence.
  • Mentor and develop junior manufacturing engineers, sharing best practices in process design, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with Design Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM), improve production readiness, and support new product introduction.


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial).
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in a high mix low volume manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient using Office365 applications.
  • Background in manufacturing process development, tooling, and fixture design
  • Experience leading root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers or lead cross-functional team projects.

Salary ranges for this position vary by job location and are determined based on experience, reflecting our commitment to recognizing individual expertise and contributions.
