Position Overview:
A leading manufacturer of highly engineered, mission-critical components is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer – CNC Programming to support advanced machining operations in a high-precision manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize CNC programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centers
Create machining strategies for complex, tight-tolerance components
Support process development, tooling selection, setup optimization, and production launches
Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T requirements
Troubleshoot machining and programming challenges to improve quality and efficiency
Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
5+ years of CNC Programming and/or Manufacturing Engineering experience
Strong experience with Siemens NX (Unigraphics) and/or Mastercam
Ability to develop CNC programs from scratch
Strong understanding of GD&T, tooling, cutting strategies, and precision machining processes
