Due to exciting growth, they are seeking a skilled and bilingual Manufacturing Engineer to help take this site to the next level.Job DescriptionDesign and develop tooling, fixtures, layouts, and process improvements using 3D CAD modelingLead and execute continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, quality, throughput, and equipment reliabilitySupport and lead maintenance-related efforts, including equipment upgrades, preventative maintenance initiatives, and downtime reductionImprove manufacturing processes through standard work, work instructions, and process documentationSupport new product introductions by ensuring manufacturability and smooth process transitionsAnalyze production and equipment performance data to identify improvement opportunitiesCollaborate cross-functionally with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teamsProvide hands-on engineering support on the shop floor as neededThe Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related fieldStrong proficiency in 3D modeling and CAD software in a manufacturing environmentProven experience leading continuous improvement projects in production settingsBackground working closely with-or leading-maintenance functions within manufacturingSolid understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, fabrication, assembly, or automationWorking knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and CI methodologiesComfortable balancing design work with hands-on shop-floor executionStrong communication skills and ability to influence across teamsAble to communicate effectively in English and SpanishWhat's on OfferBase salary $75,000 - $95,000 depending on experience5-10% annual bonus3 total weeks PTO + company holidaysComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance offerings4% 401k match
