Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer supports continuous improvement, ensures high quality standards, and optimizes production processes in a collaborative manufacturing environment. This role leads technical projects, participates in new product introductions, and drives process improvements and equipment optimization initiatives. Using data-driven approaches and lean methodologies, the Manufacturing Engineer identifies opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain consistent product quality. The role works closely with operations, quality, maintenance, R&D, and other cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions that drive manufacturing excellence.

Work Environment
The role operates in a manufacturing environment where the Manufacturing Engineer collaborates closely with operations, quality, maintenance, R&D, automation engineering, controls engineering, and equipment integration teams. The position typically follows standard full-time working hours, with flexibility as needed to support production activities and technical projects. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $55.00/hr.
