Standard Job Description

You will be the Manufacturing Engineer Staff for the MPMLink Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for the development and deployment of next‑generation manufacturing planning, including 3‑D model‑based work instructions and the maintenance of Manufacturing Process Plans and Bills of Material.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Manufacturing Engineer Staff you will be responsible for driving the evolution of MPMLink capabilities and supporting the user community.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Define, test, deploy, maintain, and support new MPMLink capabilities.
• Provide guidance and support to the MPMLink user community.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders to develop new solutions and capabilities.
• Present project status, concepts, and overviews to various stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Basic Qualifications

• Program Manufacturing Engineering or Planning support experience.
• Bachelor''s degree in an engineering or technical related discipline
• Functional shop floor support experience.
• Experience using ERP systems to look at bills of material and/or planning routers.
• Experience using Windchill or equivalent PLM System.
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to concisely and accurately document processes and lessons learned.
• Ability to stay organized and work on multiple initiatives at a time.
• Eagerness to learn and try new ways of working.
• Subject matter expertise in Manufacturing Process Plans (MPPs)
• Subject matter expertise in Manufacturing Bills of Material (MBOMs)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience with 3D model-based work instructions and manufacturing process planning

• Experience working on development teams and translating user needs into technical requirements.
• Experience testing new solutions and providing constructive feedback for future iterations.
• Cross-functional collaboration across operations and engineering including manufacturing, design, quality, industrial and planning.
• Working understanding of different functions across the organization.
• Continuous improvement experience.
• Experience using APRISO or a shop floor management / manufacturing execution system equivalent.
• Experience using Service Central tickets.
• Ability to assess workload and prioritize tasks based on value add and need.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $94400.00 - $175200.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
