DescriptionPerforms manufacturing engineering duties in direct support of F-35 Delivery Operations. Advises and guides repair and installation actions for F-35s in various stages of the Delivery Operations process. Leverages factory and flightline data to develop statistical process, control approaches and integrated reporting to produce data analytic solutions for continuous improvements across the F-35 production system.Basic Qualifications5+ years of related manufacturing/production experienceKnowledgeable of General Manufacturing Processes with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience interpreting engineering requirements from product data models, drawings, parts lists, and specificationsExperience conducting detailed failure analysis to determine root cause and implement corrective/preventative actionsDemonstrated high level of mechanical hands‑on abilities to perform or assist in aircraft maintenance and aircraft production, including repairing nonoperating tools and equipmentDesired SkillsExperience in a Flightline/Aircraft Maintenance EnvironmentExperience with the F‑35 production environmentExperience with Catia V5 or other modeling softwareExperience developing supplier Statements of WorkKnowledge of aerospace component fabrication & assemblyEffective written and verbal skillsSecurity ClearanceThis position requires a government security clearance.; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Clearance Level: SecretEmployment DetailsExperience Level: Experienced ProfessionalBusiness Unit: AERONAUTICS COMPANYRelocation Available: PossibleCareer Area: ManufacturingType: Full‑TimeShift: FirstLockheed Martin is an equal opportunity employer.
