Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to implementing and optimizing manufacturing processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and developing innovative technology solutions for new and existing products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of manufacturing processes and techniques, focusing on LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Own and enforce manufacturing processes and standards, providing training to shop floor personnel and monitoring metrics.
• Solve complex manufacturing problems and troubleshoot quality and production yield issues.
• Develop and implement a manufacturing technology roadmap for new and existing product technologies.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing (PCBA preferred but not required).
• Education Background: Electrical Engineer preferred (Industrial Engineering acceptable).
• Proficiency in SAP and basic electronics knowledge.
• Skilled in root cause analysis, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in Lean implementation and Six Sigma tools.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• Experience with workflow analysis and time studies, waste reduction, and standardization.
• Cross-functional collaboration and leadership in continuous improvement initiatives.
