Job Description:
Lead the design and development of manufacturing, assembly, welding, and inspection fixtures using SolidWorks.
Create 3D fixture layouts, assemblies, and fabrication drawings using GD&T.
Support production teams with fixture validation, trials, troubleshooting, and shop-floor issues.
Drive process capability, productivity, cost reduction, and process improvements through fixture optimization.
Conduct time studies, motion studies, line balancing, takt time, and cycle-time analysis.
Develop standardized work instructions for fixture usage, operator guidance, and safety.
Support NPI and continuous improvement through fixture and manufacturing process optimization.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
3 8 years of relevant Manufacturing/Tooling Engineering experience.
Hands-on experience with fixture design and manufacturing/production engineering applications.
