Sonic Industries, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Engineer Trainee who will participate in Quality Engineering and Continuous Improvement projects and programs.Key Position ResponsibilitiesThe duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following and must be performed with limited supervision:QE support of Prime Customers for first articles and corrective action;Reviewing contracts, specifications, purchase orders, and planning;Planning and implementing quality initiatives throughout the organization;Managing & tracking MRB & RMA's;Performing internal & external audits;Participating in RCCA investigations as required;Assist in supplier quality support and development.Implement and Manage QMS softwareIndividual must haveHave a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Material or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.Be an individual who is a self-starter, motivated and resourceful, in addition to being detail oriented and possess a good work ethic.Be able to communicate with all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing.Have a positive attitude and a desire to learn.Due to ITAR regulations, this position requires that the employee must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) or a Foreign Person for whom a license is obtained.Quality RequirementEmployees will participate as required in understanding, implementing and maintaining the Company Quality Policy in accordance with AS-9100D and/or ISO-9001:2015 requirements.Employer's StatementThis job description does not list all of the duties of the job.
