Required Qualifications * 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, NPI, process engineering, tooling engineering, or production support experience. * Experience supporting early builds, first-unit builds, NPI, prototype builds, production ramp, or manufacturing readiness activity. * Hands-on experience creating or updating manufacturing work instructions, procedures, SOPs, travelers, redlined drawings, build documentation, or production support documents. * Practical experience supporting tooling, fixtures, fixture drawings, hardware builds, or manufacturing equipment used in production. * CAD experience with SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or similar 3D CAD tools. * Ability to work directly with technicians, operators, engineers, and quality teams in a hands-on manufacturing or lab environment. * Comfortable working fully onsite in Valencia, CA. * Comfortable with an initial short-term contract assignment. Preferred Qualifications * Aerospace manufacturing experience. * Composite product, composite structure, or composite assembly experience. * Experience with composite layup, bonding, prepreg, resin, wet layup, curing, or composite tooling. * Background supporting aerospace structures, mechanical assemblies, electromechanical products, production readiness, or regulated manufacturing environments. * Experience with AS9100, first article inspection, RCCA, MRB, engineering change orders, tolerance stack-up, SPC, CMM inspection, or inspection tool support. * Mechanical engineering or manufacturing engineering background preferred. * Electrical or electromechanical backgrounds may be considered with strong hands-on lab, product engineering, or manufacturing engineering experience.
