Manufacturing Engineer

As a Manufacturing Engineer specializing in electrical appliance and component manufacturing. You will independently lead efforts to optimize production processes and ensure quality standards. Your focus will be on process improvement, quality, and new product development within a dynamic manufacturing environment, contributing technical expertise to advance manufacturing efficiency and product performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes for electronics, and component production
• Implement production optimization strategies to improve efficiency
• Conduct quality control to maintain high product standards
• Perform product testing to verify performance and reliability
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation
• Trouble shoot mechanical issues
• Update drawings, documentations, and assembly instructions
• Work closely with production, quality, and operations teams

Preferred Qualifications

1. 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
2. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
3. Proficiency with CAD software tools (SOLIDWORKS preferred)
4. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
5. Strong problem-solving skills
6. Effective communication abilities
