Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Waukesha, Wisconsin
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of manufacturing or engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience with transformer and electrical component assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and assembly diagrams.
- Knowledge of electrical panel assembly, UL/NEC codes, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with engineering change orders (ECOs), process validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma Green Belt methodologies and problem-solving tools.
- Proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling software.
- Experience supporting production documentation, design updates, and equipment/process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support assembly and manufacturing processes for transformers and electrical systems.
- Implement engineering changes and design improvements.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams on product qualification and production integration.
- Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and design records.
- Train technicians and operators on products, equipment, and processes.
- Support troubleshooting, process optimization, and continuous improvement activities.
