Job Description
- Provide day-to-day engineering support to production operations
- Troubleshoot process disruptions, quality issues, and production bottlenecks
- Develop and maintain standard work and labor standards
- Improve workflow, ergonomics, material presentation, and process layouts
- Lead continuous improvement and workplace organization initiatives
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action activities
- Partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Facilities teams
- Drive operational efficiency, waste reduction, and process stability

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
- 3+ years of manufacturing engineering or production support experience
- Experience within high-volume manufacturing, distribution, or fulfillment environments preferred
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Comfortable working directly on the manufacturing floor
- Spanish language skills are a plus
