We are proud to support major aerospace customers, including Boeing, Northrop Grumman, and Sikorsky.## ## Position Summary The Manufacturing Engineer supports manufacturing planning, production, process improvement, and shop floor technical support for commercial and military aerospace components and assemblies. This position develops and maintains manufacturing plans, operation sheets, routings, work instructions, and related engineering documentation.The ideal candidate will have manufacturing engineering experience in an aerospace or precision manufacturing environment, with strong knowledge of CNC machining, CATIA V5, blueprint interpretation, GD&T, manufacturing methods, and problem-solving. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and reports directly to the Company President.## ## Essential Job Functions Review customer contracts, drawings, models, specifications, and technical requirements to support manufacturing planning, production readiness, and compliance with customer requirements. Develop and maintain manufacturing plans, operation sheets, routings, work instructions, and related engineering records for detail parts and sub-assemblies. Create, review, and maintain CAD drawings, models, and related technical documentation using CATIA V5. Support bills of material, engineering change notices, assembly documentation, and other manufacturing engineering records. Coordinate engineering releases and changes related to routings, manufacturing standards, documentation, and production requirements. Provide hands-on shop floor support to resolve manufacturing, process, tooling, fixture, and production-related issues. Collaborate with Programming, Production, Quality, and Program Management to support new and existing manufacturing processes. Identify and support process improvements to improve efficiency, quality, manufacturability, and overall production flow. Assist with tooling and fixture design, manufacturing methods, process planning, and production readiness activities. Monitor, evaluate, and assist in resolving internal manufacturing issues and vendor-related nonconformities. Support the development and maintenance of manufacturing rates, routings, and process planning requirements. Interface with customers, as required, regarding technical, manufacturing, and engineering-related matters. Support company quality policies, AS9100 requirements, customer requirements, and applicable aerospace manufacturing standards. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.## ## Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related engineering discipline preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing engineering experience. Experience in aerospace manufacturing or precision CNC machining preferred. Knowledge of manufacturing methods, process planning, tooling, fixture design, and production support. Strong technical knowledge of CNC machining of aluminum, titanium, and other metals. Proficiency with CATIA V5 for model review, analysis, and drawing creation. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, models, specifications, and GD&T requirements. Experience with CAD/CAM software and ERP systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills. Ability to man
