JOB TITLE: Manufacturing Engineer

PAY RATE: $65/hour

Summary: 

• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to develop and execute program manufacturing and tooling strategies

• Identify, evaluate, and implement advanced manufacturing technologies to enhance production efficiency and capability

• Apply process engineering principles to support aircraft design and development initiatives

• Develop and define requirements for:

  • Assembly processes

  • Tooling simulations

  • Manufacturing configurations

• Conduct trade studies and cost analyses to support decision-making

• Support and contribute to leadership within Integrated Product and Process Teams (IPPTs)

• Provide technical expertise in one or more of the following areas:

  • Composites / non-metallic materials

  • Electrical / Electronics

  • Machining

  • Sheet metal

  • Systems and structures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years of relevant experience

• Master’s degree with 3–6 years of relevant experience

• PhD or JD with 0–3 years of relevant experience

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
