Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities:

*Identify and resolve technical challenges related to engineering and manufacturing processes.
*Work closely with engineering and production teams to enhance the manufacturability of designs.
*Ensure designs align with production capabilities and limitations.
*Develop and implement process improvements to boost efficiency, improve product quality, and reduce costs.
*Coordinate with production teams to maintain schedules and ensure on-time product delivery.
*Conduct regular evaluations of production processes to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
*Provide technical expertise and support to both engineering and production teams.
*Create and maintain accurate technical documentation and reports.



Requirements:

* B.S. in Engineering or related discipline
* 5+ years of industrial experience
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., CAD, ERP systems)
* Ability to read engineering drawings and a detailed understanding of industrial manufacturing
* Excellent technical, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently, including management and execution of projects
* Ability to travel up to 15% of the time both internationally and domestically
