Job Summary
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, layouts, tooling, machining, equipment, and assembly.
Drive Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, process capability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
Configure and support Windchill PLM, including workflows, lifecycles, attributes, and integrations.
Support ERP/CAD/MES integrations, Agile PLM, product data, and engineering change management.
Ensure process validation, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelors in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
