Description
- Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes for new and existing products
- Create detailed work instructions and assembly documentation
- Conduct design reviews to ensure manufacturability of new products
- Partner with production, engineering, and quality teams to optimize operations
- Analyze production data to drive efficiency and process improvements
- Troubleshoot manufacturing, tooling, and test-related issues on the shop floor
- Support the design and validation of tooling, fixtures, and equipment
- Contribute to training plans and ensure adherence to quality standards
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering
- 2+ years of relevant engineering or manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience with cable assemblies, fibre optics, or electronic packaging is advantageous
- Knowledge of quality standards such as AS9100 or IPC/WHMA-A-620 is beneficial
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and build instructions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must meet ITAR requirements to handle regulated information

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
