Manufacturing Engineer — Urgently hiring in Santa Fe Springs!

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Pay: $80,000 – $100,000 annually
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll provide vital engineering support to ensure efficient production and high-quality standards. You'll work closely with the manufacturing team to identify improvement opportunities, support product development, and lead projects that drive cost savings and process enhancements.

What You’ll Do


As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing engineering and technical support for daily manufacturing operations and production processes
  • Participating in Material Review Board (MRB) activities to identify root causes of non-conformance and implementing corrective actions
  • Supporting equipment procurement, installation, calibration, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance
  • Developing and maintaining manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and inspection documentation
  • Supporting new product launches through tooling development, First Article inspections, and process validation
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives using DMAIC methodology to reduce waste and lower costs


What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Experience supporting manufacturing operations in aerospace, defense, or similarly regulated environments
  • Knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001, AS9100, and ITAR requirements
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement tools
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems and manufacturing documentation
