Location Description:Northfield, Minn. is home to two Post Consumer Brands manufacturing plants, the Campbell Mill and Ames Mill, two distribution centers, and more than 750 team members. The Campbell Mill plant is 1 million square feet and is home to 7 manufacturing technologies to produce a wide variety of cereal products our customers know and love. Northfield is a town steeped in history, featuring two colleges and the original Ames Mill where the Malt-O-Meal Company got its start.

Interested in applying your engineering skills to real-world manufacturing challenges? Looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment? Post Consumer Brands is seeking Manufacturing Engineering Interns to join our team for a 13-week internship at one of our manufacturing facilities during Summer 2027.
This program is designed for students who are excited to build a career in manufacturing and are open to relocating for the summer. Internship opportunities are available at our facilities in Northfield, MN; Tremonton, UT; Lawrence, KS; and Meadville, PA.
As an intern, you'll work on meaningful engineering projects that improve manufacturing processes, equipment reliability, safety, quality, and operational performance. You'll collaborate with engineers, maintenance teams, production leaders, and plant personnel while gaining firsthand experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Beyond the summer internship, this program serves as a key pipeline for future Manufacturing Engineering roles across Post's manufacturing network and opportunities within our Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP).
