Manufacturing Engineering Manager

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Manufacturing Engineer Manager to join their team and lead the manufacturing engineering department to new heights.

JOB DUTIES:

• Leadership over manufacturing engineering team. Team consists of up to eight direct reports including manufacturing engineers and production non-traditional roles
• Accountable for value stream goals. Alignment with operations on people, quality, velocity, and cost targets for full value stream foundry and machine shop
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of manufacturing engineers
• Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• This position requires a 4-year college degree in an appropriate engineering or technical discipline with 7 years of progressive manufacturing experience, or equivalent 15 years of progressive manufacturing experience.
• Direct leadership, project leadership, or team lead experience required.
• Foundry or machining process experience require
