We seek innovative individuals to support manufacturing and production engineering by troubleshooting equipment, developing solutions, and driving safety improvements.
- Assist with layout planning, installation, testing of automated equipment, and support new product launches.
- Contribute to Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities.
- Work with vendors on tooling and equipment procurement, create process documentation, and recommend product improvements.
- Support daily operations through troubleshooting, testing, and validation.
- Process engineering change orders and document processes in work instructions.
Ideal candidates have cross-functional networking skills, initiative, adaptability, and proficiency with MS Office, MRP, and SolidWorks. They should have a high school diploma or associate degree and at least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
