Job Title: Manufacturing Engineering Technician II

What You'll Do as a Manufacturing Engineering Technician:- Manage engineering change requests and orders to support production and design updates
- Support prototype development, testing, and transition into full production
- Design and maintain assembly and test fixtures for manufacturing processes
- Develop and improve work instructions, documentation, and production workflows
- Conduct time studies to validate labor estimates and optimize processes
- Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and system issues to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve quality and efficiency
- Lead and support continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives
What You Need to Bring to the Manufacturing Engineering Technician:- Hold an associate degree in engineering technology or related field
- Have 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering support roles
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of mechanical design and manufacturing processes
- Use CAD software to create and interpret drawings and documentation
- Read and analyze blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Apply knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Communicate effectively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Work independently and collaboratively with strong attention to detail
