Manufacturing Engineering Technician – Medical Device ManufacturingWe are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineering Technician to provide front-line technical support in a fast-paced medical-device manufacturing environment in Plymouth, MN. This is a highly visible, production-focused role. You will spend 90%+ of your time in the cleanroom and on the manufacturing floor, working directly with Operations to resolve production issues, investigate scrap, troubleshoot equipment, monitor line performance, and coach assemblers.The ideal candidate is a practical problem solver who enjoys being close to the product, can work independently, and is comfortable making sound quality and production decisions in a fast-changing environment.What You'll Do:Provide hands-on technical support to Operations throughout the production shift, responding to scrap, process questions, equipment issues, and other escalations.Develop SME-level knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly techniques, and best practices.Partner with Operations to coach and develop assemblers on proper processes and quality expectations.Investigate scrap and defects by performing product dissection, observing manufacturing processes, and discussing issues directly with assemblers.Use production data and objective evidence to identify root causes and provide actionable feedback to frontline employees.Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and complete required documentation.Monitor line performance and proactively identify issues before they impact production or quality.Drive immediate corrective actions or escalate issues to the appropriate Engineering, Quality, or Operations partners.Build strong working relationships with employees across different functions, backgrounds, and experience levels.Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on product quality, safety, and production requirements.**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
