The challenge you’ll own

  • Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to reduce downtime and elevate yield and product quality.
  • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance and support predictive strategies and spare‑parts optimization.
  • Coach production personnel through technical hurdles and collaborate to keep output on track.
  • Rebuild worn components in the parts repair shop to “as‑built” condition, contributing to annual cost avoidance.
  • Support retrofits and upgrades; draft and update SOPs and shop repair instructions.
  • Assist with validation protocols tied to equipment and process changes.
  • Continuously improve manufacturing processes for balanced gains in cost, throughput, yield, and quality.

Minimum qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • English fluency (read, write, understand, communicate).
  • 1+ year of relevant hands‑on experience.
  • Work hours: 36–48 hours/week; 6:30 PM EST – 6:30 AM EST on a 12‑hour rotating night shift (2 on, 2 off, every other weekend).
  • Location: Onsite.
  • Travel: 0%.
  • Sponsorship & Relocation: Not Available.

Preferred background

  • Direct machine maintenance experience.
  • Proven success troubleshooting and repairing production equipment.
  • Related technical certification or equivalent training/experience (e.g., manufacturing technology, electrical engineering).
