First 30: Learn our equipment, safety practices, and PM routines; shadow senior techs; master documentation standards.
By 60: Own routine maintenance routes; lead troubleshooting on common faults; collaborate with production leads on recurring issues.
By 90: Drive improvements to reduce unplanned downtime; support commissioning of new equipment; mentor peers on best practices.
Responsibilities You’ll Own
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and support systems.
Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems to keep uptime high.
Conduct detailed inspections and calibration checks to ensure optimal performance.
Partner with production teams to troubleshoot constraints and optimize equipment settings.
Maintain thorough records of work performed, parts used, and findings.
Assist with installation, alignment, and integration of new machines.
Enforce and model safety standards; keep work areas orderly and compliant.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives targeting reliability and efficiency.
Background & Capabilities
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree/certificate in industrial maintenance preferred.
Previous success as an industrial maintenance technician or comparable role.
Depth in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic principles.
Ability to interpret schematics, blueprints, and OEM technical documentation.
Sharp troubleshooting acumen and attention to detail.
Self-driven, team-oriented, and an effective communicator.
Available for flexible scheduling, including weekends and overtime as required.
