Core responsibilities
Set up, run, and maintain both simple and complex manufacturing equipment.
Clean and maintain production machinery; safeguard and account for company tools.
Use a sit-down forklift to supply lines, move inventory, and store materials safely.
Clean boxes, lids, and skids thoroughly before staging to support smooth operations.
Complete quality control logs, production ledgers, and box tickets legibly and on time.
Perform accurate gross–tare–net calculations for material weights.
Join shift meetings and training; communicate proactively with teammates and leadership.
Troubleshoot issues quickly to meet production deadlines.
Must-have qualifications
Minimum 2 years of forklift experience (required).
Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 65 lbs.
Comfort with standing, walking, stooping, and bending for ~80% of the shift.
Ability to get on/off forklifts repeatedly and stand for long periods.
Proficiency with calculators, adding machines, and industrial scales.
Proven troubleshooting skills and composure under deadline pressure.
Preferred
Valid Forklift Certification.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Pay & schedule
Hourly range: $16.00–$17.50.
12-hour shifts, 2-2-3 rotating schedule.
