Your role
Partner with our client’s team to keep metal forming operations humming. You’ll ensure machines are set, running, and producing quality parts while maintaining a safe workspace.
You will
- Operate and monitor production machinery for steady, reliable performance.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Adhere to safety standards and keep a tidy, hazard-free area.
- Inspect completed components for precision and conformance.
- Collaborate with teammates to hit production goals.
- Record output and communicate problems to supervisors promptly.
- Assist with training incoming operators as needed.
You have
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in machine operation or manufacturing (preferred).
- Mechanical savvy and a practical problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work well alone and within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime.
Hours and onboarding
First shift is 6:00am–2:30pm, Monday–Friday. Second and third shifts begin with 2–4 weeks of training on first shift before transitioning to your assigned schedule.
