Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00/hour (based on experience)

Shift: 2nd Shift | 2:30 PM–11:00 PM

A day in this role

At 2:30 PM, you clock in, join the team around the toolbox for a pre-job and Toolbox meeting, and align on the plan for the evening. As production picks up, you operate and care for shop and field equipment, checking that each machine is ready, safe, and running to standard procedures. When something looks off, you help diagnose issues, support failure investigations, and suggest improvements that make the next shift smoother. Throughout the night, you follow our Manufacturing System principles to keep quality high and service delivery on time for our customers.

What you’ll do

• Support safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of products and services to customers.
• Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings to align on tasks and safety.
• Plan and carry out location-based maintenance activities not covered by Technology Lifecycle Management.
• Maintain and operate equipment in line with written procedures, your competency level, and job requirements.
• Flag and report equipment deviations or problems promptly.
• Contribute to failure investigations as needed to identify root causes.
• Apply the guiding principles and tools of our Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement and process reliability.
• Spot and recommend opportunities to streamline service delivery.

Qualifications

• No prior machine operating experience required; related experience is welcomed.
• Higher pay may be offered based on relevant experience.
• Comfort operating equipment by following established procedures and work instructions.
• Team-first mindset with clear, dependable communication.
• Commitment to safety meetings and ongoing improvement activities.

Work environment

• Climate-controlled facility; it can run warm in summer months due to machine-generated heat.
• Consistent adherence to safety protocols is required to maintain a safe workspace.
