Manufacturing Equipment Reliability Technician

You’ll collaborate daily with Operations and Quality to maintain a safe, compliant manufacturing environment.

Impact you will make

• Execute preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment per schedule.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical failures to reduce downtime.
• Install and modify equipment as operations evolve.
• Perform routine inspections to verify safety, reliability, and performance.
• Document all work with precise maintenance logs that meet company and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance so maintenance actions align with food safety standards.
• Support continuous improvement by recommending process and equipment upgrades.
• Adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and use PPE correctly at all times.
• Pursue ongoing training to stay current with best practices and new technologies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
