Keep a Plant Running at Its Best — Manchester, PA

Picture your day starting on the production floor, walking the lines, listening for the hum of healthy machinery. You scan your preventive maintenance queue, prioritize a VFD cabinet inspection, then pivot to a rapid response when a conveyor stalls. One moment you’re tracing a wiring diagram to isolate a sensor fault; the next you’re collaborating with Production, Engineering, and Quality to fine-tune an installation so startup is smooth and safe. By shift’s end, your records are up to date, the area is clean and organized, and downtime is held in check — because you made it happen.

  • Document work orders, parts usage, and equipment history with accuracy.
  • Assist with equipment installs, modifications, testing, and commissioning/startup activities.
  • Partner with Production, Engineering, and Quality to elevate reliability and performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement by recommending and implementing process enhancements.
