A press line slows unexpectedly. You pull the schematic, trace a signal through a PLC input, and confirm the issue is upstream at the VFD. A swift swap and calibration later, production is back on track. Before the shift ends, you complete PMs on a hydraulic power unit, check pneumatic regulators, and document every step so the next tech has a clear handoff. That’s a typical win in this role.

Your impact

• Keep critical production assets online through fast, accurate troubleshooting
• Blend mechanical know-how with electrical expertise across a wide voltage range (24 VDC to 480V 3-phase)
• Ensure safe, reliable operation of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Strengthen equipment reliability with thorough PMs and precise documentation
• Accelerate projects by assisting with installation and startup of new or upgraded machinery
• Leverage blueprints, schematics, and manuals to solve complex problems

What you bring

• 2–5 years in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment
• Experience with motors, drives, PLC-controlled equipment, conveyors, pumps, and gearboxes
• Basic PLC troubleshooting skills (preferred)
• Overtime flexibility when production needs demand it
• Mechanical aptitude, curiosity, and a safety-first mindset
• Team-oriented approach and solid problem-solving abilities
