What you’ll do
- Interpret job orders and schematics to plan tasks.
- Pull and stage materials based on prints.
- Assemble components and make basic repairs using tools like a tape measure and common power tools.
- Complete safety checks and quality assessments on materials and finished goods.
- Keep your station organized and practice strong housekeeping.
- Support teammates with clear, concise communication and collaboration.
- Always wear PPE and follow safety procedures.
- Work under the daily guidance of a supervising lead.
What you bring
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (1 year preferred).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Forklift experience preferred.
Physical requirements
- Frequently lift up to 60 lbs.
- Occasionally push/pull up to 100 lbs.
- Able to kneel, squat, stoop, twist, and sit during the workday.
