Work closely with peers supervisor and engineering team to deeply understand root cause failure and use those learnings to continuously improve equipment availability to meet production goals. Work with vendors field service and technical representatives and may be required to attend classes seminars and vendor training if required. Required to documentall work performed on equipment. Attend shift pass-down meetings and communicate daily activities. This is a factory position and requires wearing cleanroom attire and working in a cleanroom environment. You may be required to wear PPE and be exposed to hazardous processing materials.This is a Full Time Direct hire opportunity.Shift Compressed shift Day D2 Thur Fri Sat and alternate Wednesdays 630am - 630pmExpected Duration Direct HireRequired Skills & Qualifications Associate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent military training required. Rare exceptions for very experienced industry technicians. 3 or more years experience in high volume semiconductor environment performing maintenance on AT LEAST ONE of the tools listed below. Candidate must adhere to all company safety protocols. Demonstrated proficiency in collaboration with others to make improvements through experimentation and drive toward standardized methods. Strong mechanical electronic and troubleshooting skills required. Must have solid workplace soft skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be comfortable navigating and operating computers. Basic familiarity with MS Office programs is a plus. Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and responsibilities. Hands-on participation and strong sense of ownership. Ability to work under minimum supervision in a fast paced high volume production environment.Specific Required Experience We are looking for candidates with experience and strong skills in at least one of the tool families listed below Thin Films CVD Equipment including Novellus Concept Two C-2 andor Mattson Aspen II andor SPTS fxP Delta. Senior experience with any modern CVD platform will be considered. Thin Films IMPLANT Equipment including Varian andor Axcelis Implanters preferably experience with Axcelis 8200 andor GSD AMATVarian E-500. Senior experience with comparable implanters will be considered. Thin Films Sputter Deposition PVD Equipment including Trikon Sigma 200 andor AvizaSPTS fxP Sigma andor AMAT Endura experience. Senior experience with comparable sputter tools will be considered. Etch HDP including AvizaSPTS fxP Sigma. Experience in any modern HDP cluster tool AMAT etc will be considered. Strong RF Troubleshooting experience is highly desired. Experience conducting technical training is highly desired.
